Doc: Fix module name format

Follow the conventions at
http://qt-project.org/wiki/Spelling_Module_Names_in_Qt_Documentation

QtMultimedia -> Qt Multimedia

(Also, QtMultimediaKit has been merged into Qt Multimedia in Qt 5)
