c671cf25b2 simplified example 
- do not use any opengl additions inside this simple example
- also fixes problems in relation to mixing angle with GLWidgets

b616dd5165 Use QVideoGraphicsItem in the videographicsitem example. 
The videographicsitem example now uses QVideoGraphicsItem instead of a
custom QAbstractVideoSurface.
The old code has been moved to a new example:
"customvideosurface/customvideoitem".

03f22bcdaf Rename QtMultimediaKit to QtMultimedia. 
There are a few legacy bits left in place so it passes CI, and
then qt5.git etc can be updated.

503f885785 Fixed up examples and demos 
Changed the .pro files and moved some things around to ensure that the
