1a1ac6b884 Handle more errors from GStreamer. 
Corrupted etc files can throw GST_STREAM_ERROR_DECODE and those should
generally stop playback.  So now any error is fatal, not just the
recognised ones.

b56d3e70df Changes to GStreamer backend for audio decoder. 
Removed WaitingState.
New signals: finished(), positionChanged(), durationChanged().
New methods: position(), duration().
A parameter removed from read() method.
Unit tests updated.
