0d0e89b1e8 Ported QML camera example to QtQuick 2.0 and QtMultimedia 5.0 
Removed controls not currently supported on Qt5 platforms
and added basic video capture mode

03f22bcdaf Rename QtMultimediaKit to QtMultimedia. 
There are a few legacy bits left in place so it passes CI, and
then qt5.git etc can be updated.

1d82a1e1b4 Fixed build break 
QDeclarativeItem and QDeclarativeView was moved from QtDeclarative
to QtQuick1, also added qtquick1 module to the .pro file for
the declarative camera example.

503f885785 Fixed up examples and demos 
Changed the .pro files and moved some things around to ensure that the
examples and demos for Qt Multimedia Kit compiles and can be checked by
the CI system.
