- Add command line parsing and file argument.
- Port to Qt 5 connection syntax.
- Adapt size to available geometry (for High DPI).

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Before, the widget simply failed silently, which gave the impression
that the widget is broken.
