Frank Osterfeld	99667804e1	QNX: Restructure plugins ... Now that the MmRenderer implementation is ported to plain QNX, rename the directories and files accordingly: "blackberry" becomes "qnx", replace the Bb prefix with MmRenderer for classes concerned with mm-renderer.
