Jonas Rabbe	4f3294930a	Fix X11 and QPA compilation problems ... The X11 buffer pool was using outdated APIs, and as the 'qpa' configuration value is being removed, it caused the X11 code to be pulled in, and therefore cause compilation failures. Michael Goddard	7dfb883df6	Declare more metatypes and debug operators. ... Nearly all of the multimedia metatypes used in the auto tests are now declared properly, and a large number of the types have debug operators as well. Removed the superfluous decls as well.
