Top & bottom of the texture coordinates are already flipped for BottomToTop scanline directions.
So there is no need to flip top & bottom of the vertex coordinates too.

QGraphicsVideoItem was not working because the QPainterVideoSurface was
unable to paint BGR32 format OpenGL textures. Now if the QGraphicsView
window has a QGLWidget viewport, we use the GLTextureHandle to render
the video, otherwise we fallback to the software QImage rendered case.

Fixed exiting fullscreen when a QVideoWidget is embedded in another QWidget.
Requires change I3616dc0f in qtbase to work.
Because of a bug in some X window managers, the order in which
setWindowFlags() and showNormal() are called has been changed.

The encoder controls could be confused with actual encoding, so make
clear they are just settings. Also, the end point selector controls
were not named very well.

All the identifiers have also been updated to use pure lowercase, and

QDoc now has support for Doxygen style commands for italics, bold
and list items. This change applies that change in QDoc to the

Use Q_PROCESSOR_ARM instead of QT_ARCH_ARM.
On maemo6, don't use QT_ARCH==armv6 to conditionally include egl
code. Instead check for opengles2 in QT_CONFIG, which is detected
by the configure script.

As it turns out, we had an overloaded virtual from an earlier era,
with the extra parameter never used. So cleaning that up was a
bonus to remove the compiler warning.

QMediaServiceProvider should be removed from the public API,
to provide media objects with a custom media service.
A protected QMediaPlayer/QCamera/QRadioTuner/etc constructor
with QMediaService* parameter is a cleaner and more
flexible solution.

Nearly all of the multimedia metatypes used in the auto tests are
now declared properly, and a large number of the types have debug
operators as well.
Removed the superfluous decls as well.
