Thomas Senyk 02efdccae9 add #include <unistd.h> to classes which use ::getpid ...

I got  "error: ‘::getpid’ has not been declared" and solved it with
adding #include <unistd.h>

Updated version of change 23032.
Now including <sys/types.h> as well.
