Friedemann Kleint d34f03c609 Fix building of examples. ...

- Correct install paths
- Add missing resources
- Add declarative-radio
- Remove deploy/install logic from qmlapplicationviewer.pri and
  snippet .pro-files of the video examples and add normal install
  rules.
