Jonas Rabbe f60838dcfd Added first implementation of declarative radio element ...

Simply uses and mirrors radio tuner API directly.
Also added an example which uses the new Radio element,
the example should be functional, but cannot be tested on
current setup (lack of actual radio tuner).
