roads: when generating edges/nodes/wedges line points close to segments are handled poorly #33

  • implement debug info for point vs segment checks
  • find how and where point vs segment checks are done and which distance is used
  • implement stream.conf option for point to segment distance.

It might be not true that the problem is with nodes/edges - it might be with mesh generation. More debugging is required.
